The Fix Burger Bar is set to open its third location at 14 Monument Square in Leominster, Massachusetts

The Fix Leominster Opens Monday, October 26th

Leominster, MA – Michael Covino, President of Niche Hospitality Group, has announced The Fix Burger Bar will open for business on Monday, October 26th in the space previously occupied by Rye & Thyme American Tavern in the historic Woodblock Building. Doors will open at 4:00pm on Monday–Friday during the first week of operation, with lunch served Saturdays and Sundays at noon beginning on Saturday, October 31st.

Rye & Thyme, also owned by Niche Hospitality Group, opened in 2012 and enjoyed a long run as a favorite local dining spot, offering high quality comfort food and craft beer served in a casual atmosphere with warm and welcoming service. Mike Covino expressed that the Leominster community will enjoy the same level of hospitality that they have come to expect when dining at Rye & Thyme.

Hand-crafted Burgers and Beer

The Fix menu offers handmade burgers featuring a variety of protein choices and toppings, milkshakes, and healthy dining options such as burger bowls and salads. The restaurant features two levels of safe indoor dining with a spacious outdoor patio available during the warmer months. The bar boasts 35 draught lines pouring 30 local and national beers, as well as two craft sodas and two crafted cocktails. Cold brew coffee will also be available on tap and will be highlighted in cocktails, shakes and served straight up. The downstairs ‘draught cellar’ is currently closed to the public with plans to reopen once renovations are complete.

Takeout & Delivery

In addition to in-store dining, the menu is available for quick and easy pickup and delivery through the Niche Hospitality Group app as well as delivery through GrubHub. The app allows guests to order and pay, as well as earn loyalty points redeemable for free food and drink with every order placed. Download the app at www.nichehospitality.com/loyalty-app.

PLEASE NOTE: Takeout and delivery will not be available during the first week of operation as the team gets up to speed on processes. Call ahead orders for takeout will be available beginning on Monday, November 2nd. Full takeout and delivery ordering through the Niche Hospitality app will begin on Monday, November 9th.

Safe & Sound, All Year Round

In an effort to provide guests with the safest and most comfortable experience possible, Niche has been revamping dining rooms at all stores including the new Leominster location. The Fix now features high-backed booths with plexiglass dividers to provide plenty of safely distanced indoor seating while minimizing points of contact with anyone outside of a guest’s party. All customers are required to wear a mask upon entry until they reach their table, and are required to provide a name and phone number to facilitate communication in the rare event of a confirmed case of COVID within the restaurant.
