How do I earn loyalty points?

Points are accrued with in-store purchases at all Niche Hospitality locations and with mobile ordering for pickup and delivery via the Niche Hospitality app or restaurant websites. Points do not accrue with orders placed for pickup or delivery through third-party sites. Points do not accrue for gift card purchases.

Point values are assigned to all menu items based on their category value. They are not accrued on a point per dollar spent basis. Not all items available in-store are available for mobile ordering, and per state law, points do not accrue for alcohol purchases. Point values are subject to change. Please allow 24 hours from your purchase to see your updated point balance in your account.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed in-store at all Niche Hospitality Group locations, and during checkout for orders placed via the Niche app. Points cannot be redeemed for pickup or delivery orders placed through third-party sites.

Rewards are distributed directly to your app’s inbox once enough points have accrued in your account.

100 points = $10
200 points = $20
300 points = $30
400 points = $40
500 points = $50

*There is a maximum redemption of 500 points ($50) per visit. At this time, Niche Hospitality gift cards cannot be used for mobile orders placed using the Niche loyalty app or websites. Niche gift cards can be redeemed for in-store dining and call-in takeout orders only.
