Monthlong New Orleans inspired Carnival Pop-Up at Still & Stir to kick off tonight

NOLA inspired fare and drink to run all month highlighted by weekly DJ parties and Fat Tuesday party

WORCESTER - Kicking off on February 1st, the craft cocktail bar and kitchen will be transformed to a NOLA inspired Carnival Pop-Up featuring traditional New Orleans food and cocktails. Bar manager Derek Grimm and his staff have also put together custom cocktails to be featured on the menu as well. 

Leading up to our Fat Tuesday party, local DJs will play every Saturday night with a variety of music rooted in the eclectic music scene of New Orleans. Dancing is encouraged! The celebration culminates with our Fat Tuesday party on February 25th with Big Jon Short (@bigjonshort) providing live entertainment and a Mama Roux kitchen takeover (@mamarouxtrailer).

As part of the pop-up, the interior of Still & Stir will pay homage to New Orleans with original artwork and murals from Ryan Gardell (@artifaktstudios) and Mike Briggs (@briggzillustrations).

Chef Johnny Giddix and Steve Champagne have worked together to create a delicious menu that recalls dishes found throughout the French Quarter and beyond. Crab & Corn Bisque, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, and Steak Au Poivre are just a couple of the dishes to be featured on the menu. Click here to view menu.
